WELCOME TO JOIN THE SASUF SATELLITE EVENTS 2024!

Mark your calendars for May 13-14 and join us for the Satellite Events, part of the SASUF Research and Innovation Week 2024!

What are the Satellite Events?

The Satellite Events consist of two days filled with 37 different workshops, seminars, guest lectures, site visits and more, taking place all across Sweden. The events are all free and open to everyone, and take place either in physical form, hybrid or fully online - making it easy for anyone to join!

The events are focused on six different themes, all interconnected with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2030.

These are:

  1. Climate change, natural resources and sustainability

  2. Education for a sustainable society

  3. Social transformation through change: Knowledge and social development strategies

  4. Health - Understanding the burden of disease in Sweden and South Africa

  5. Sustainable Urbanization, travel and tourism in the 21st Century

  6. Digital Technologies, big data and cybersecurity

How do I attend?

Each event has its own registration, which means you need to create a profile on SCHED and then click on which event you want to join to register for it. After creating your own profile, you can also build your own schedule with the events you want to attend.
