SASUF Student Network - Connecting students from the Partner Universities

The SASUF Student Network connects students from 37 partner universities in South Africa and Sweden, as a body acting under the big SASUF collaboration. The network contributes to fostering academic exchange, cultural understanding, and collaboration among students from these two diverse yet interconnected regions. By providing a platform for students to engage with their counterparts across borders, the network has intitiated and engaged in many successful events, such as hosting Student Summits and events during SASUF Research and Innovation Weeks.

The student network is actively involved in operationalization of SASUF:s Work Package 3 - students as gamechangers, with a funding period from 2025-2028. The network will together with partnering universities carry out a student leadership training for all student representatives. The student network is organized through four different committees consisting of the student representatives: The Academic Collaboration Committee, the Coffee Break Committee, the Framework Review Committee and the Media and Marketing Committee.
